We never store or retain your credit card information on our server. Your credit card transaction is processed in encrypted form through the Braintree Secure Payment Gateway.

When you place an order, we use the information you provide about yourself (or others if you are buying a gift) to complete the order only. We don’t share it with third parties except to the extent needed to finish that order.

We may offer gift-cards or other promotions from time to time by which you can personalize a product you order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift-card is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.

We only use return email addresses to answer the emails that we receive. These addresses are never used for any other purpose and are never shared with outside parties.

Our website does not store your credit card information. From time to time, we may offer registration for website users as a way to make ordering again in the future easier by not having to fill out information. If such an option is offered and you do register, your credit card information is not stored in your user account. Any time you enter your credit card information through our website, it is passed directly to the Braintree Secure Payment Gateway and is never stored on our website server.

We may use aggregate non-identifying information to improve our website and to share with advertisers. As an example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain page on our website, or that Y number of women and Z number of men filled out our registration form, but we do not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never share or use the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways that are unrelated to the ones described above without also giving you a chance to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated activity.

To prevent unauthorized access, ensure the correct use of information, and maintain data accuracy we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to secure the information we collect online.

Protecting the privacy of children is especially important. Therefore, we never collect or maintain information from those of whom we are aware are under the age of 13, and no part of our website is intended to attract or interest any person under the age of 13.

If you have registered an account on the Light of Mind website, you can access all your personal information we collect online and maintain your information just by editing your account. We do this to better safeguard your information.

You are able to correct any errors in your personal information by sending us a request that shows the error.
